We had a beautiful room. Very comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Our view from the balcony was the island at pigeon Forge. Great view of the city. I have stayed at a lot of different hotels in pigeon Forge area in the last 25 years this one is at the top of the list there is plenty of parking that is very close.the hotel is very close the the inland and other attractions will definitely stay here going forward

Second year staying at this location, we love it. Excellent view. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Only negative in my opinion, room could have used a little better sanitizing clean (headboard was not clean, under mattress frame was crummy, bathroom floor dirty) also no full body mirror in our room.
