The Staff was very nice and helpful ! The pool is amazing and great for kids!! The balcony has a great view and the parking is great and free, the room was very clean and neat and they made sure we were taken care of!

The property is quite old and in the process of renovation. The staff is amazing. The lobby needs some updates but it was very clean, as was the rest of the property. Our room was not yet renovated but it was spotless and everything worked, the TV was a little sketchy. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. Overall it was a nice stay for the price.

The pictures do not reflect the conditions the hotel is in . Pictures of pool and lazy river looked nice but it was not as it was so small and you had to walk down three flights of stairs as elevator was out . Room not clean . Dust hanging from ceiling, carpet was dirty with huge dark stains . The only thing positive was the friendly staff .

I tried for 2 days to get a tv remote that worked. Walking to the front desk several times. And had been given several different remotes. That did not work for the tv so basically we had no tv the entire time. They also where charging some people $1 on check-in and some $100 to hold in case of damages to room. They told me $100 but ran my card twice for $1. Staff was nice but under staff and no maintenance people that could fix stuff like the doorknobs falling off. or a simple TV remote. Not saying that we would not stay there again, the location was great, and for the price it seemed pretty clean

The hotel was in close walking range to several attractions which was a plus. However, what was not stated anywhere, was that Park Tower Inn was under construction. The pictures are misleading, they show a modern up to date hotel, and that is not the case. Though our stay was very quiet compared to some places we have stayed, the room had a strange odor and you could feel every spring in the mattress. The indoor pool and lazy river were ok, but there were no floats for the river and you couldn't stay long because the chlorine smell was unbearable. In addition, everything was inside, but no key card locks on outside doors to keep non guests from entering, this was a huge safety concern for me. Finally, breakfast...was a huge disappointment, wound up going and getting breakfast after attempting to eat the breakfast there. However, willing to try again once remodel/construction is completed.

Room was clean, mattress was very old and needs replaced, we could feel the springs, out of all 6 floors there was only 1 elevator working and part of the week it was taking 30 minutes just to get on an elevator. Staff was wonderful, balcony ws really nice.

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. There was only 1 elevator that was working out of 3 . The outside pool area was dirty and very few places to sit. Breakfast was OK but they ran out of food and people were getting upset. The room was clean but bathroom was very small and tight. Overall we were pleased with our stay

The first room we received the A/C didn't work and there was a smell in the room. The furniture was worn and chipped. The second room was much better, it was an upgraded room. The room was what we expected for the price. The buffet breakfast in the morning is really good and the staff is excellent, changed our room right away when they found the A/C didn't work and even gave us an upgraded room from Queen bed to King bed.

I have stayed at this motel almost every time we go to Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area. It is conveniently located and easy to find. They have remodeled it some since my last visit. The new lighting looks good. The breakfast bar offers hot fresh food each morning. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable but the pillows are not and need to be replaced. I will continue to stay here whenever we visit.

Property was really in need of repairs. Beds were terrible. Looks as if there are people who are living there full time. Not a very safe environment for families. The police were there every day and night for our 5 night stay. I really don't know how this hotel keeps a 6 rating.
