"Michelle, at the restaurant was great she got the staff to get a pillowtop mattress cover for our bed and we stayed another night. The frittata at breakfast buffet was delicious and enjoyed the entertainment every night at the bar. Our server Joe was wonderful. Clay greeted us when we first got there and offered and got a wheelchair for my husband and helped me with my luggage. He helped me and put them in our room. greeted us"

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Room was very comfortable and good layout. Location in the Gulch is excellent for things we were doing. Parking at hotel is a plus in that part of Nashville. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with Tina keeping things stocked and she was very attentive. The omlet station with Daniel was such a treat and he did a great job. We had a bit of trouble regulating the hot water in shower and the heat in room, but will plan to stay here again!"
