Top Great Smoky Mountains National Park Headquarters Hotel Reviews
Quality Inn Creekside - Downtown Gatlinburg
10/10 Excellent
"We will definitely be back the next time we visit the Smoky Mountains. The property is clean, super inexpensive and the staff were really nice and accommodating. Understand that this is an older hotel, but it has a lot of vintage vacation charm. It’s like something from the 1980’s.
The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge, which was very useful. We stopped at Aldi in Pigeon Forge and stocked up on bread, cheese and drinks to offset the high prices of everything in town. The breakfast was good and there’s a nice little park directly behind the hotel.
Although there is no jacuzzi, it was hot enough that we enjoyed the pool. "
"Staff was friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and included a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We had a balcony with an extra locking mechanism for safety and we could see the pool from our room. Even though we did not use the pool during our stay, it looked clean and inviting. This hotel is very conveniently located to all the Ripely Attractions, shopping on the strip, and several restaurants. It is right next door to the Ripley Aquarium! The hotel is a little dated, but we can tell a lot of work and care has been put into maintaining the property, so it doesn’t look “outdated,” and much as it had an older charm. We look forward to staying again upon our next chip to Gatlinburg!"

10/10 Excellent
"Gatlinburg has a lot of older hotels. I needed something newer to avoid mold, clean, quiet, and walking distance to downtown. This was a terrific stay for us - the room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable, & all parts of the room were clean all around with a modern touch. We provided a quick check in and everything was a breeze. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area. "
"we stayed this past weekend, and it was the best visit. staff was supper nice and helpful. this place was always quiet. the room are really big i had a family 5 with me and 3 of them kids and it was a lot of room for all of us. The breakfast was good. very very close to shops and everything else. i like it a lot because you were 2sec walk to the strip, so it was loud outside or anything. the work took pride in the job and that hotel you can tell. 10/10 will be back // also i want to add the guy and the girl check us in Friday night were amazing she worked all weekend, and she was always very nice. she did amazing! "
"Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Nothing fancy, but good enough for us to crash out after long days.
Parking is free, but can be very tight and I don't think there's actually a spot for every guest. If you get a good spot, don't leave, it won't be there when you get back!"
