"First time here Outside nice peaceful and beautiful. Check in person when I checked in was a male not so friendly as he was to the woman ahead of me, maybe because she worked for the company and I didn’t she got offered cookies I didn’t but Anywho none the less he check me in and walked away. I heard in the reviews about the cookies and definitely wanted to try, so I went to Angel who is a sweetheart and she gave me some. Angel was very nice from changing our room because housekeeping left somethings not done. But the next room was great. To Angels bear stories very nice and friendly. Other than that the stay was Awesome the view from the balcony was Amazing. People said in reviews the place looked dated but Cared for Vintage is in. And the cookies upon check in are delicious!! Will definitely come back"

"I have not had my family stay at a motel because in many towns/cities they are so affordable that they become loitering centers -- at least per most reviews. However the reviews for this Super 8 we highly regarded and the price was incredible so we took a chance. SO GLAD WE DID! This place offered the comfort we have had at much pricier locations especially for a suite for a family of 6. The room was clean and in good shape. The breakfast was as good as any complimentary breakfast we've had elsewhere. (They keep the coffee going all day, which I enjoy!) The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had our need met for our stay and this location is excellent for proximity to Dollywood. The only thing I could suggest is some maintenance for the elevator. It was noisy to the point it seemed like it would run a little faster if it had some work done. (I'm not an expert, just seemed likely.) But that was the only criticism I could give, and we have already talked about staying there again. So in a nutshell, we would recommend this place!"
