"It was my 18 year old daughter, two 12 year old nephews and I stayed at the glenstone! I will tell you it took me three months to find a decent hotel close enough with indoor pool that would accommodate all four of us and that we all would enjoy! And I’m so glad I changed from the wander hotel to the glenstone lodge because whewww seeing both I was amazed at just the staff at glenstone from the easiest check-in (and courteous as well) to easier check-out! They warned us about bear an was very kind! No hassle on extra linen they even hand out lemonade and popcorn in the lobby! The beds were very comfortable and I never seen a bug. Not even an ant! However we did see bear outback across the creek behind the hotel! It was awesome experience there! I’ve stayed at a few cabins and hotels in the smokies and this was the best experience yet! The boys had a ball in the pool. Which is beautiful and a tad bit warm but the hot tub was hot! And nice! All in all I would 1000% recommend this lodge for your stay in the smokies! Very affordable as well! We will be back. "

"Bed was really hard & uncomfortable. Dining table was missing pieces under the legs to make it sit flat and they had folded paper stuck under it to help balance it. Poor design on the kitchen. Vent hood was way too low sticking out so every time you got something out of the fridge you hit your head. Both pools were empty and being worked on. Hot tub was outdated & full of sand. Was told I had to go down the street to the other property to get clean towels from laundry in the parking garage. Wont stay there again."

"I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton."

"Breakfast was fresh and warm. Parking was safe. Rooms were clean and towels and such were replenished as requested. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend family and friends . Thank you."

"Decent stay, they say private balcony… looking at everyone else’s. Plus ours had a door to the room next to us. And VERY difficult to find parking."
