We have stayed here 4 times now and although rooms need updating, the location is excellent, quite and right next to the river. Breakfast is adequate and always hot and staff really helpful both in Breakfast room and reception. Pool is small but clean and overall great value for money and would always stay here when visiting pigeon forge.

The location was great. Backed up to a nice creek, it was relaxing sitting on the back porch and listening to the burbling water. The bathroom was pretty small but serviceable. Good breakfast!
