Sign on office door “Pick up your own key” “Manager not available afternoons or evenings.” We found it to be adequate but lacking in any charm or warmth. Right on major road, parking lot very tight. Room was decently clean. Staff was horrid, harassing and yelling at guests regarding various things such as having a beer can in the room, smoking in the “designated smoking area”, “loitering” in the parking lot by standing/talking to family who were also staying at the same hotel. Was also pounding on various doors at 7am and yelling at two cars worth of policemen in the parking lot after calling them on a random guest. Manager also admitted to using the security cameras to watch what guests bring into their rooms, when they come and go, and how many people come into the rooms, as well as watching guest activity from their on property residence.

Beautiful and clean room with an excellent layout for two friends traveling together. Bathroom was stocked with amenities and check in process was easy and convenient. The room was quiet and comfortable.
