If you’re looking for a bougie hotel this is your gem. I have no complaints. Staff nice & helpful. Room cute & clean. Plenty of restaurants to choose from that are within walking distance. Bear Paw cafe next door to the hotel has great breakfast.

The restaurant in the lobby is a must eat. The bar has great drinks. The staff is fantastic and they have a really cool balcony fire pit area to check out. Definitely go to Spiritual Speakeasy across the street. Really cool place to hang out.

parking is secure. I Don't like that it's 22.00 a night and valet is the only option unless you want to park across the street at the bank. Otherwise the hotel band staff were great. Very nice and helpful. The restraint is excellent.

The Advenire is a fantastic stay. I have stayed there a half a dozen times for business. Its got a great restaurant and some solid places to eat within walking distance. Best hotel in St. George!

The hotel staff was very accommodating showcasing true hospitality from every aspect. The ONLY thing that I’m upset about is being charged a $30 dollar destination fee WITHOUT an introduction upon arrival because it’s actually a very nice touch; providing drinks upon arrival, daily F&B credit, bike rentals, WIFI, in which we did not get to experience because nobody explained during the check in process. So essentially I was charged $30 for nothing. I would professionally have the front desk agent review this with guest upon arrival.

We loved our stay at The Advenire. We only stayed one night, but we had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially the front desk attendant, Louis. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and smelled wonderful. The hotel itself has valet parking only for $22 a night, but you can also park across the street in a free structure if needed. We splurged and ordered breakfast in bed, and the portions were huge. The food was wonderful as well. It is very walkable to several places for shopping or eating, though we drove up St. George Blvd for a sit-down restaurant offsite for dinner. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would both recommend the hotel and stay again.
