Enjoyed our stay! It is the cutest boutique hotel ever - super clean and very unique! It is very central so easy to get around the City! About a 5 minute walk from Time Square. Definitely recommend this place.

My hand was burned quite bad from the barista in the hotel. And I was there for a company training. I was the only one that did not get our company pkg which was paid for and when I asked about it they refused to try to help out with it.

The room was good. The only issue we had was that the toilet had a really bad smell and the area is quite noisy. The staff was nice. The location is good, as it is close to everything and the subway, but I wouldn't stay in Midtown again.

The first room we got had a cat pee smell, they did change the rooms for us thankfully and it didn’t have as strong as a smell but there was a slight odor. The bar on floor 2 was great and the staff were all super kind! Elevators were a bit annoying since you had to use your key card and it was finicky at times.

We had a double twin room and it was plenty big enough. The bathroom was huge, the beds very comfortable and both spaces were very clean. We'd read some prior reviews about noise levels so we asked for a room in a quieter area and it was fine enough for sleep. The staff were amazing, very friendly and positive. The room didn't have a kettle unfortunately and it took quite a few calls to get one, which was slightly frustrating. That said we would stay again with friends.
