It’s a lovely stay. I love the facilities and the location. It’s a huge hotel with lots and lots of people. The lobby can be annoying and the lines at reception can be very long with not a lot of people attending.

I reserved the room I wanted with two double beds and a nice view months ago. When I got there I had to wait an hour to check in to find out they were overbooked and they didn’t have my room available. They stuck us in a room with one bed and a dismal view of a roof and ac units. I’m so disappointed and this was so expensive I’m really unhappy.

2nd time staying here. Very good location. Nice hotel. Wish there was some seating in the lobby to wait other than the lobby bar. Busy elevators this week with 3,000 high school students staying for the model UN conference.
