"To be honest, we picked this hotel for proximity to Penn Station and because a lot of attractions seemed only a 20-30 min walk away. But I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. OK, the rooms are small but this is NYC, and much the same elsewhere even for a lot more $$. Hallways look a little tired but the room was v. clean and had a great shower and bath. Mohammed on the front desk was terrific, checking us in early (we had two rooms), which was no more expensive than leaving our luggage for a few hours. He also gave us a very generous late check-out time on our departure day. Would definitely stay here again."
