"Excellent location and proximity to Time Square, theater district, dining and bus terminal"

"We had an amazing experience at the Towers! The room was big, two closets, large shower and comfortable bed. We had a technical issue and someone came up within ten minutes to fix it, and the housekeeper went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The room did get warm at night. The repair person changed the filter, which helped, but we assumed the air wouldn’t go below 68 because it is typically cooler in NYC at this time of year. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and hope to stay here going forward. Absolutely recommended!!"

"Staff were very kind, including the engineer who helped when our room was too cold for us. The water pressure in the shower was great. The beds were super comfy. The elevators were extremely fast as we were on the 43rd floor. The front desk staff were professional and very accommodating even helped us get in our room a little early. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to times Square, theaters and even Central park. "
