"Overall, my mom and I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfy, toiletries were of great quality, and the staff were awesome! I read a lot of reviews about the room size, but this was not an issue for me because I’ve stayed at other hotels in Manhattan, and they’re all about the same size for the price per night. Pretty crammed, but just what I was expecting. Special shout-out to the amazing staff, for being so helpful with my request. I wanted to keep some food frozen, and the staff member kindly put it in their break room freezer for the entirety of our stay. My only complaint is that we did not get the cookies upon arrival 😛"
