"We loved the resort. Beautifully decor, ambitious, very spacious and large. The quality of the food was great. The staff was very friendly and always smiling and helpful. There were a couple of things we were not happy with and it was the sales people always trying to sale timeshares to the point that we were even woken up to the phone aggressively ringing until we answered and the seaweed on the beach."

"PROS: Attention to detail is incredible, from check in, dining, room service, and amenities, UNICO provides exceptional service. Food is incredibly delicious everywhere you go. If you have allergies or certain needs, they can accommodate. They have lots of healthy food options, vegetarian, and even vegan. If you have excursions, Cafe Inez can pack you a lunch to go! The gym is the best gym in any hotel I’ve been to. They offer a range of activities to do daily including things like crafts, live music, and games. CONS: - Security is lacking. They need police officers on sight in case of issues. - Their laundry service is outrageously expensive. Example: each sock comes out to around $3 PER PAIR because they charge per item. Same goes for their shops. Overpriced. - The beach is not appropriate for swimming due to seaweed. (But they have several pools). My pet peeve: FIVE people pitched a membership sale during our stay. Later, we were asked if we wanted to participate in a survey, but their real purpose for it is another chance to pitch a sale. At checkout someone else came to “survey” and ALSO pitched the “gift” with deposit. It got annoying towards the end that I was happy to leave. This was the last interaction I had with staff and it left a salty taste in my mouth."

"From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were truly amazed by the level of care, hospitality, and professionalism shown throughout the stay. Every restaurant experience was exceptional. The service staff everywhere we went made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. You can tell that the employees take great pride in what they do, and it absolutely elevated our entire trip. Every dinner felt special, every interaction felt warm, and the consistency across the resort was honestly impressive. We especially wanted to recognize the outstanding service at Zentropia, as well as our concierge David and Cielo. They went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon was unforgettable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything we needed made such a huge difference during our stay. It never felt like “just customer service” — it felt personal and sincere, and that means a lot to us. What impressed us most was the absolute care taken throughout the resort. Whether it was the staff, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the restaurants, or simply how attentive everyone was, you could feel that the resort genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences for guests. That level of dedication is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. This honeymoon meant everything to us, and Grand Palladium exceeded every expectation we had. Because of this experience, we can confidently say we will absolutely be returning for years to come."

"- Excellent customer service - Good options for food - More if a relaxed vibe than a party setting - Lots of beautiful wild life to observe. - Need more guest entertainment/evening shows - Lower room I was first given had an overwhelming mold smell and I had to be moved. Moved to a nicer upper unit and they were kind about it but if you smell mold, move. They tried to tell me it was normal but started to feel sick when in the room. - I would still 100% go back back because of the beauty of the resort, the variety of food and restaurants and the great customer care while there - If you can book directly with the resort as its cheaper than expedia packages and you get VIP access."
