El personal es terrible, todos atienden enojados, al dar una queja te ignoran, las recepcionistas te ignoran al dar una queja, no les importan a nadie del personal las quejas, respecto a la comida se les acaba algo y ya no ponen mas, la mayoria del tiempo se acaban las cosas y ya no ponen mas, los meseros te atienden pero se tardan mucho porque estan atendiendo y en lo que regresan se ponen a limpiar asta 5 mesas y luego ya regreaan a terminar de atenderte, el room service es pesimo te toman la orden y te cuelgan, no te dises absolutamente nada y cuelgan, llamamos doa veces y colgaron y la tercer ves que llamamos nos dijeron que la orden ya estaba en proseso, tuvimmos muy mala experiencia en ese hotel

The suite and pools were fantastic. There is a pool option for everyone- beach like zero entry, calm, shallow and kid friendly, lively, swim up bar, etc. No shortage of options. Our Penthouse 2 bedroom corner suite couldn’t have been better. Staff were great and attentive. Kid’s club space and staff was amazing. Our kids loved it and gave us some down time without kids as a part of our stay, not an added cost - WOW. The beach was more for view than use as the seaweed across Cancun has become a big problem. That is why there are so many great pool options, that are saltwater too. The only thing that didn’t blow us away was food. It was plentiful but l felt like standard offerings and missed some of the things we look forward to with other resorts we’ve been to between offerings and flavors. Seemed like shrimp was the only seafood you could easily find for example. The stand-outs was the street taco stand that was available all the time (yum!) and the coffees in the morning. We’d come back for a family fun and relaxing trip, especially with kids! If we want a food focused trip, we’d probably look elsewhere.

Amazing staff come here every year and get treated with the same respect

Muy bonito el hotel ,pero muy mala atención por parte del personal ni dándoles propinas tenías buena atención, la comida no tenía variedad los tragos eran puro hielo y la animación en las noches solo hubo un día creo deberían mejorar ya que el hotel tiene buen potencial

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Everything is middle of the road at this resort. Don’t have high expectations and you will be fine. If you expect above average anything, you will be disappointed. The good: The coffee shop, the Spa, the pool bartenders and the young towel lady. Most of all the guest services manager when needed was what saved the trip. Needs immediate work: All food by the pool and room service menu needs to be overhauled. It’s very limited and blah. Overall, would not stay at this resort again. To many employee errors, sanitation issues, and overall lack of value for the money. You can find a better option. Thank you.
