"The Bespoke was the perfect place for us to relax and disconnect for our stay! The apartment was well appointed and super spacious. The kitchen was well supplied for a vacation rental, which made it so easy to cook most of our meals. Located right on the beach, the beach area was clean and private, it never got too noisy or crowded and there were always available loungers. Location was superb, just be aware that the road off the highway is a dirt road and riddled with potholes! Otherwise the location was close to the ruins, supermarkets and the town of Tulum, great for a true getaway! "

The service at this resort was 5 star (especially Alfonzo at the preferred beach), rooms beautiful and well cared for, the food/drinks were fantastic along with prompt room service on any request. "We absolutely loved the hotel! You walk up the entrance of the hotel and it's open to the ocean, great breeze coming off the water, beautiful hotel! Great staff, very, very comfortable king sized bed. Slept very well! Very quaint hotel that was close to a couple of restaurants, which were phenomenal. We will definitely be back. "
