The beach was very clean. The property was very clean. The restaurant were great and I definitely recommend this resort. We will definitely be back."

"We were upgraded to a huge room, enjoyed the beach and main pool and bars, kayaking and included snorkel and drinking catamaran outing. Dinners were good, especially Italian restaurant Mio, Palafitos which cost extra. Mexican and Caribbean restaurants were good also. Had great experience with the spa (extra $) Best lunch was the taqueria. Staff around property were nice and friendly and helpful. "Beautiful property, secluded, great pools and restaurants, friendly staff. Good location to be able to visit Mayan ruins. The only downside is a relatively small beach. Bikes are available to ride around the property. We never had to wait for anything (spa reservation, tennis reservation, restaurant, etc)"

"Great layout of resort. Beach during time we were there was not swimmable. Choose beach bungalows overlooking the ocean top bungalow if possible. Even if you get meal deals be prepared to pay tips at every meal. Very relaxing and staff is helpful. Get to meals early when it opens because when busy or towards end it feels rushed. Area felt very safe. Tours recommended by onsite tour guide were great! "

Very disappointed that the jets of our private hot tub didn't work considering this was a major factor of us booking at this resort. Room 337. Also does not have any beach so if you like to walk along the sand / shore line, you cant here. "

"The resort was absolutely wonderful! We were a family of four with 2 kids under 7 years. Our room was clean with a pool and outdoor patio. We enjoyed going to the parks and exploring the property. The food was really good overall and there were plenty of great options. We loved the cave dining and beach front places. There was so much to explore and do just on the property. We had a great time and will go back again. "
