"We absolutely love Live Aqua! Have been here many times. Some things are showing age like the big fountain in the entry way but that’s an easy fix. Staff is always amazing and the food exquisite. The pools, beach and spa are phenomenal. Coming back next year! I’m not a big fan of the rubber ducks they added to the fountain though. I feel like it brings the class down a notch. I’m there for the ambiance. Not rubber ducks. "

"The hotel is an iconic gem in the heart of Mexico City at the Zocalo. It was a treat to be able to enjoy the beauty of this hotel in the heart of the city. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel's age and the location come with some downsides - the main entrance of the hotel is within a pedestrian zone making access for cars and taxis confusing. The hallway outside our room had a distinctive odor of mold despite being very clean - the room and bathroom were immaculate. The rate reflected a fair balance of the hotel's breathtaking beauty and luxury and the noted challenges. Special thanks to the porter Emanuel Guerrera"
