Great conditions but guest service in many areas decreased a lot, Captain at main entry on Cafeteria was so rude, VIP Lounge unprofessional, Hope they recover the outstanding customer service they use to offer. Excellent Concierge support and transportation.

The staff was super helpful and flexible. We were detained getting back into Mexico City by a day (because our airline had gone bankrupt!) and they did not charge us for the night we missed. We were grateful. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean! Great area! Great prices!
