"Very good. Clean and comfortable. Great location, near Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station for easy access to downtown. Plenty of places to eat and drink very close by. We really appreciated the front desk clerk who arranged for early access to our room, having arrived early in the morning on an overnight flight. Only complaint was that one of the two elevators was out of service for the entire 8 days we stayed there. It made for some slow waits. "

"Fantastic hotel. My daughter and I stayed one night and had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, the reception area was lovely and a great place for breakfast (which was delicious and free for my daughter as she is 8 years old). The room itself was spotless, comfortable and very quiet. We stayed in a room in floor one at the back. The shower was great and the use of the Ipad to control everything entertained my daughter! My only suggestion for improvement would be tea...

"Excellent location in a row of converted townhouses close to Pimlico and Victoria stations. "Where do I begin????!!!! Beautiful hotel stay and two of the most amazing staff members/hosts I’ve ever encountered! Taher and Michelle went above and beyond for my wife and I. We travel often and this has been so memorable. The kindness and hospitality from the two of them ranks higher than 5 stars. Many stoic faces in our visit but they fade in comparison to what these two individuals have done. We will be back and I would highly recommend you stop here on your travels. This area is close to...

"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"
