My stay here was fine. They don’t do room service. It was far from central London. I liked the food options as it was simply a rest area. Definitely will not stay here again simply because of the location, but this place was pretty good for the price I paid for. It’s great for a quick night stay as it was close to the airport.

We have stayed here twice now and will continue to come back! Ideal for connections to both Gatwick and Heathrow if travelling. Close to many local towns and 10 minutes away from Effingham Junction Station which is ideal for connections into London. Clean, tidy, warm and quiet! Also ideal for onsite dining options or the number of restaurants/food outlets next door in the services. Very happy, will be back!

Lots of facilities. Dog friendly. Nice breakfast. Clean room. Negative- £20 unanticipated charge for a dog which made no mess and had supervision at all times.
