Located just five minutes from the airport via a shuttle of a small fee. Hot breakfast is hearty. Rooms are basic but very clean and quiet with a quality mattress. I would stay there again.

The room was clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast to go was included for those with early flights which was absolutely fine and saved time and money at the airport. Just don't try to walk to the hotel from the airport! there is a shuttle bus form the terminal but it was not very well signposted when arriving from the train station. Annoyingly I noticed that it was excellently signposted from arrivals.

It was unfortunately very average. I only stayed here 6 months ago and I feel my stay this time wasn’t as good. The staff were not very friendly. The room was very tired. On a positive note the breakfast has a good range of food and the lobby of the hotel is relaxing.

The only negative was that it took a while to check in( a slow process) room was very clean and a comfy bed. Evening meal was good and plenty of it. Brilliant grab and go breakfast at 4a.m everything that you could want.

We had the perfect welcome from a really helpful Receptionist who helped us when we were a bit confused by the signage in the car park. Our room was absolutely perfect for a good night's sleep before a flight. Every detail is well thought out including the cleverly designed bathroom. The shower was powerful and the water beautifully soft. Our evening meal was excellent. A small menu but something for everyone at a very reasonable price. My stir fried noodle dish was delicious and humongous so I could only eat half of it! There is an extensive choice of food available for breakfast and this was included in the cost of our room so felt like a real treat. We would definitely choose to stay here again when flying from Stansted.
