My 2nd stay here. Beautifully run hotel, with excellent staff and a great garden so you return to peace & quiet. Very close to tube station. Only downside is the local high street, while convenient, has little charm.

Great location but above all, incredible customer service. This is why we keep returning. Thanks to the hotel, I may not have to pay for an Expedia error. When I learned about a triple booking instead of two, the hotel confirmed they would accept canceling the booking i never received a confirmation of. Outstanding property with exceptional staff! Front desk staff was especially helpful and always making you feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a vast variety to choose from. I love this property. Earl's Court is such a warm, inviting neighborhood. Very quiet but many local pubs and restaurants. The K&K was a great find. Shout outs to the staff who were so helpful when we checked in. Our original room was a bit tight for us and Raquel gave us a free upgrade to a much larger room and helped us move our luggage. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Also, Katya Donald made one of the best martinis I've had yet. The breakfast is wonderful...definitely add it to your room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in central London. Really short walk to the Earl Street Station tube. Nice, smaller hotel. Friendly staff. Quiet location just a few blocks from much busier Earls Court Road. Great daily breakfast. Nice hotel bar.
