House keeping gets -1 if this rating is possible. They never vacuumed the room, never cleaned the bed, rarely replaced complimentary items and I had to ask multiple times to get the room cleaned.

Good value.
Room was small but as described. Good wifi. Clean. Easy to walk to one of two tube stations. Staff were kind. Breakfast was very busy but good. Good value for price.

Not the worst but…
There was spots of mould on the bathroom ceiling, the shower door was hanging on by it’s top rail, the bathroom door has a split from the top of it. Also the breakfast system is flawed, just have a buffet style one instead.
