cost effective overnight stay before catching plane from Gatwick. Hotel provided instructions on how use the Hoppa bus which were very helpful. diner was well priced, service very good as was the food. Breakfast good on day of departure.

Nice hotel, with clean rooms and public spaces. Breakfast was varied and plentiful - I noted the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful, and engaged with repeat visitors, which is always a positive sign about service at any given hotel. A good location, away from the airport terminals but not too far. There is a frequent official shuttle bus service that stops outside the main entrance, so handy for getting to and from either of the Gatwick terminals. The local public bus (100) also stops just around the corner, so another option if you don't drive to or park at the hotel. Thank you.

Hotel is ideally located within 5 mins of Gatwick. Hoppa shuttle is easily accessed and runs continually. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous, dining is available and the Take-In service avoids the additional fee for room service. Limited menu and only breakfast buffet. Rooms with good space and excellent bedding. Carpets need some attention and replacement but otherwise a very good stay I would recommend.

Convenient location to Gatwick airport. Our family room has probably been vacant for a while since we could see the dust on the small table and on the surface where the kettle was. However, our overall stay have been pleasant, staff friendly and helpful. Room was decent for the price.

1st time at this Hotel and it wont be the last rooms were comfortable and had kettles iron and board ,hair dryer All staff really friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and not too far to town in a taxi or bus. Hopper bus stops right outside the door too

The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful. My one complaint is that there was a scratching noise in the walls, I think it was probably the pipes but it made it sound like there was a rodent or pest in the walls.

Great location with a shuttle to and from Gatwick Airport (both terminals). Really great food menu down in the restaurant/bar area. My only criticism would be to explain to patrons that you need to go to the bar to place your order as there’s no server who comes and takes it. We waited longer than we could have.
