Lovely clean room with a comfortable bed and good pillows! Very good location for Gatwick Airport which is a 5 minute walk through a covered walkway. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Convenient and comfortable stay at Gatwick. The layout of the hotel is however quite odd and the executive rooms are quite a hike from the reception and I would say not worth it. The breakfast was good and no major complaints.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great with lots of choice. I ate in the garden restaurant in the evening and again the staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. The only problem I encountered was that the phone in my room wasn't working.

Swift check in for us arriving at 2.30, after this the queues were so long. Staff at check in very friendly. Didn’t eat there as very early flight and went to the terminal for dinner. Would recommend.
