"Paid extra to upgrade to a refurbished room, but the bathroom sink was cracked - disappointing in any room but especially so in a newly refurbished room - and the TV wasn't working properly (a member of staff did come and fix it). The hotel also has 4 Tesla Destination Chargers, one of which has been out of service for several months. I've reported this to the hotel, but they advise that it has nothing to do with them. Unfortunately they aren't able to advise who it should be reported to either."

"Let's be honest, if you are staying there it is to rest before a flight. This hotel delivers that simply. Everything is adequate, safe and well maintained. Two minor caveats: (1) There is no way to get anywhere by foot, you have to either take a taxi or the very expensive GH1 hotel shuttle, 9 gbp/person for a 5min ride. Feels like a racket. (2) The shower's glass wall does nothing to prevent a significant flooding of the floor beside the toilet - something to improve! I suspect most people wouldn't care as much as I did, so I would still recommend this stay."
