"Great for family get away. At first was thinking the property was a bit dated but then you see the massive complex with great pools, food and service. Warm towels when coming in lots of activities and a great karaoke room. Had a great time!"

"My stay- May 30- June 2, 2024: I loved this resort. The pools were large. It was not noisy. They had good activities. I like table tennis and I played with the activities' instructor- David and a kid. It was fun. The food was good. I also got a US$50 gift voucher from Expedia and I could have used it almost anywhere in the hotel and I did. The beach the hotel is on is gorgeous. The view is magnificent! One drawback was that it had seaweed/sargassum which they should try to clean daily. That is a problem now at many beaches worldwide due to climate change but in some countries at the Resorts and on public beaches they have staff clean it daily. But it was not overwhelming so you could swim away from it. On my second day I was asked to move rooms as someone who owned a Time share was coming and they wanted their room. For the inconvenience, Wendy found me at the pool, explained and apologized for the situation and for the inconvenience, they upgraded me to a suite and gave me a free massage (which was worth US$150). The suite was gorgeous and the massage was fantastic! I would recommend this Resort to others. I've also stayed at their non-all inclusive hotel in Cancun a few years before and had a good experience there as well."
