Wheelchair accessible hotel. I have to say that this hotel has done a great job with accessibility. Most of their ramps are well designed, accessible rooms and accessible public restrooms. Still some work to do since ramps to the beach and some others around the building are too steep. Another thing they need to work on is that chair lifts at hotel entrance is not working. This causes people on wheelchair to use a service door to get into the building when outside the facilities. The service door is not always available, it takes time to someone to call and get it open. That was my major concern about accessibility. Everything else was great. Food options are great. Service everywhere was wonderful. Entertainment was average. In summary I'm very satisfied with my stay and will definitely recommend it to others. Hope they work with the accessibility issues to make it perfect for people on wheelchairs.

The property it self was amazing. The room we had was perfect and very clean. Some of the staff was great and some of the service was terrible. The 24hr cafe is a joke and doesn’t offer much at all. The food was below average in most places. If you want excellent service bring extra money they only give excellent service to the people who pay for it and flaunt money in their face. We bought the most expensive room they have to offer and were given the worst service we have ever received.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to make reservation for restaurants. The food at the buffet restaurant is amazing. A lot of variety and different dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will come again!

We loved the attention to detail in every aspect. Plenty of activities and fun for any age group. Nothing to do with the property but did not appreciate single family members coming early to the pool to hold down eight to ten lounge chairs for hours before they showed up. All in all wonderful time and place!

The bell boys are amazing. Miguel, Gael, and Alex are very friendly. Young girl Jashell with long pretty hair was amazing at check in. All of our servers Carlos at the Italian, Christopher at the Mexican restaurant, and Ricardo who was on his third day at Flama. I can’t tell you how amazing the staff is. Would recommend to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved that the resort is a great option for families, my family and I really enjoyed it. However, the check in was a bit chaotic, I wasn’t sure if it was first come first serve because there was no one at the time of our check in to guide us, so I asked around and they said someone was supposed to be greeting us, but like I said at the time of our check in, no one was there. After getting called to check in, everything was smooth and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. The Kids club staff was also very friendly and kind to the children and very motivated to do activities with the kids. Overall we had a great experience at this resort.

Enjoyed the stay with my family at Hilton Mar Caribe. Plenty of food and entertainment options for the week to keep you busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff was a great time! Arturo was my favorite and Bruno, Christian, Mary, Santo, were all great too! They really made the stay a memorable experience. The only thing I would improve would be to have gluten free food labeled at the buffet. They did ask at every check in about food allergies and offered assistance but I felt like such an inconvenience to have an attendant at every buffet meal - a simple GF on the food label would’ve been sufficient.

The property is very nice and Clean. The guestrooms comfortable and very nice. Great for families my kids enjoyed themselves. Food at the buffet was ok The restaurants are better if you get to make a reservation. The only thing I was not pleased with was the service. The staff are not hospitable which to me is very important. Some did not seem to want to connect with the guests. Needs improvement. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and will probably consider returning.

I paid for Ocean view and I had more view of the pool than the ocean, it was disappointing. The pools were clean for the most part, but I was there for 7 days and not once did I see anyone clean it. The service is mediocre, you ask for something and they keep you waiting. I really thought they would match the experience I had at the Tulum location.
