Clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Swim-up bars were good. Drinks were not strong but acceptable since I don’t drink often. Restaurants were good, specially the Indian and French style restaurants.

I really enjoyed the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cunta. Weather, beach, and resort is beautiful! There was also beach chairs available at any time because it wasn’t too crowded. Services are awesome and the staffs are professional. Well trained. The food qualities are great especially dinner but the regular buffet is horrible low quality and not much selections, 3 Star rating. Cafe was okay, 3.5 Star rating.

Hotel staff is friendly, casino floor staff needs some retraining. A lot of attitude.

Service was outstanding, food was ok, room clean, staff super helpful and friendly. The pool are is fun and well kept. The beach area is pretty, too bad that sargassum took over, basically unswimmable.
