The staff were amazing …. Very well attentive too.. I went there for my birthday trip and it was nothing short of amazing . I had a great time .. I basically lived at “ flavors” restaurant .. an international cuisine… the staff were truly amazing … we loved hostess Madeline … what an amazing woman! ...

Wonderful! However, lines for everything: to check-in, to check-out, to ask a question about parking, to have breakfast at the cafeteria. For a 5-star hotel like this there should be a better way… I also faced a rude attitude from one of the front desk clerks when I made a simple reasonable inquiry ...
