It’s a nice concept in having lodges in a bundle but it lacks shower cleannes.

The room was beautiful and clean. My only recommendation would be to put a coffee pot in the room. We have a great night.

It’s sad that he has come to this. I really loved this hotel but I came across a charge on my bank account recently when I was never there in February. I called to speak to the manager about it and a woman named Deborah picked up the phone. She didn’t even let me finish speaking was interrupting me the whole time telling me that it’s a recorded line and that why am I calling if I was there in January therefore she was not listening because I was being charged in February on top of being charged in January. They keep your credit card on file and charge you when you’re not even staying there . I kept asking her to stop interrupting me I thought it was very rude and so she decided to hang up on me. I have many photos I will be uploading from an inside source of the dirty water tanks and the cleanliness of this location and I will be uploading everything. I have never been so disappointed in customer service before especially come to find out that it was the wife’s owner who picked up the phone and then come to find out people are quitting left and right over there because it’s not the same anymore the champagne lodge is not what it used to be.

Fantastic time at this property. At the rate u got it, I thought it would be a shady place but voila, one of the best experiences i had in Chicago. Fantastic staff, courteous, friendly, smily, clean room, loved every bit of it. Def recommended!

The showwer/sayna needs tiles freshened up and theres no way to plug in your phone unless you get yp and walk across the room. Other than that its a decent experience. The jetted tub is the draw and the rooms are nice and clean.

Absolutely amazing !!! I am never disappointed when I stay at the Champagne Lodge. Super friendly staff, clean room, nice BIG hot tubs. Will definitely be back soon thanks again!
