The parking is absolutely horrible. Avoid if you can. Parking is $53 a day and no instructions are provided on how to not pay the hotel and the parking garage. There are very few spots available as well. The hotel room was not cleaned well. There was disgusting yellow/brown muck around the toilet. There was leftover popcorn near the window. We didn’t have any popcorn. The room smelled like old wet carpet so the front desk sent up a fan and left it. We removed it and put it in the hallway. They picked it up a day later. The wash cloths and bath towels were thin and smelled like old restaurant polyester napkins. We will never stay there again. Oh and the pool is tiny.

Great staff and location close to everything. The only issue is no soap in room. They have a soap dispenser thst was almost empty. Unable to contact anyone by phone and desk was always busy with customers. Shower gell also empty.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and staff was pleasant. The only complaints I would have is that the toilet wasn’t cleaned when we first arrived and had been used but not flushed. We requested more bath towels and it took over an hour to bring them to our room. Otherwise the stay was great!

We stayed here for 3 nights (4 days) and had a great time. The hotel is conveniently located near the Magnificient Mile and a few blocks from the Chicago River. There is parking attached to the property with a fixed rate (unlimited returns during your stay). It was just right for what we needed for our family to see the sights and sounds of Chicago.
