I love London house very nice luxury hotel. Would Recommend
Overall pleasing experience, I would not recommend you bring children if you have them even though they say all are welcome. Great traveling distance to downtown attractions. Great views of the sky line. The rooftop is bar far one of my favorites in the city. Would recommend will travel back there ...
I did not like the fact that the elevator broke down and I had to walk up four flights of steps
Great location. Front desk staff very friendly. No cleaning service unless requested by 8pm. Not even garbage pick up and they give you a very rudimental continental breakfast in the room. Not sanitary.
Sadly we were unable to stay at Whitehall due to Covid and wedding we were going to attend has been postponed, but I am very satisfied with their generosity in refunding us our full amount with short notice and booked through expedia. I will be staying there in the future!
Shower doesn’t have a door which causes the entire bathroom floor to be wet while showering and it then gets very slippery especially for a person walking with a walker
