"Overall the stay was good. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great, which I really enjoyed. One thing I did notice was that the room didn’t have a full-length mirror, which would’ve been helpful. Also, some of the common areas had a noticeable smell. Small details like that stand out, but overall it was still a decent stay."

"Room was fantastic - clean, quiet, the shower had wonderful water pressure. Only issue was that the room felt somewhat stuffy no matter how long I turned the thermostat. Not enough to cause issues. The property itself is gorgeous with so much history and the staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance in the safe neighborhood surrounding the hotel. I will absolutely stay here again if my travels bring me back to Chicago."

"Room was clean, but the room was also very hot. Microwave did not work at first. They sent somebody up to fix it, but I still had to sleep in a hot room because the air was not working. I went down to ask the lady at the front desk for a microwave because my work was not working and she rushed me away assuring me that someone was coming up to fix all these issues I was having only for him to get up there take a board off the countertop to plug up the microwave and tell me to just turn the air off and turn it back on again and it should work overall it was a nice hotel very clean"
