The hotel was lovely I loved the view great customer service only thing I didn’t like was the $25 fee to use the microwave other than that every was great thanks again to the team & Ben

This hotel was excellent. However, they only clean your room with a 24 hour advance notice, which they didn’t explain at check in. One of the reasons I picked it was because it said rooms are cleaned daily. We stayed 3 nights, ran out of towels, clean glasses and toilet paper. And our trash can was overflowing. After coming back to our room and finding it not cleaned the day after check-in, I called the next morning to request it be cleaned. They told me no because I didn’t call ahead 24 hours. This is inexcusable for a 3 night stay imho. Other than that, the room was great and the hotel is in a great location for walkability around downtown.

Requested housekeeping. Housekeeping never came. Toilet was clogged over night and didn’t get unclogged until the next day. Waits until arrival to inform about $100 a day fee stating the city of Chicago said we have to change the deposit. Food was good but extra expensive. Most staff was nice.

Very noisy. No water pressure. Asked for a quiet room- was put next to the elevator banging all night. Hallways were very loud. Couldn't regulate the temperature in the room. We did have a great view of the river. Not sure it justified the price.

Lovely hotel, brilliant location. Reception staff on check-in were lovely, check-out less so. Hotel porter was very helpful with bags and getting us a cab. Was offered housekeeping at check-in which we accepted to then be told they’d put it down for alternate days as though that was doing us a favour rather than helping the hotel. At the end of our 4 night stay we’d not had our room serviced once. There was no refills of coffee etc and only enough supplies for 2 drinks - not even enough for the alternate days of housekeeping offered.
