Charged nearly double the amount that was quoted an additional $270 to check in on top of already paid $382 room had no music or Bluetooth and one tv didn’t work one tv remote didn’t work can’t access any channels without an access code that they won’t give you heat barely worked and only blows in the bedroom staff was rude and unprofessional unwilling to provide any assistance or empathy it was a cash grab with bare minimum amenities no ice as there was one ice machine for the entire building many more things not to like than to like $70 for parking and which they don’t even offer and recommend you to find somewhere else to park. Rude and I would never go here again and I want the world to know they are one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had .

I loved the room, since it was cold I couldn’t see the view at night, other then during the day the i loved my stay . I wish I stayed longer

We are in another place the last year and we need to do the Chek out, at 10:00 am here we can leave until 1:00 pm Was terrific, plus we get water and sodas when we arrive Plus my husband found a free parking in the night until 11:00 am Now we will be back to down town Chicago form another nigh sooner than before 😗
