Property has no amenities. Both restaurants and bar were closed for the entire week of my stay. Asked for a toothpaste, was told to come down to get it, wouldn’t send to room and were rude about it. The toothpaste I finally received was barely enough fir a baby to do the brush for.

Good price and location. The man working the front desk at 4:30 PM on 3/11 was unprofessional and rude! He couldn’t find my reservation and he kept saying because “Expedia sends it over weird” that it’s hard to find confirmations. So I showed him my confirmation email from Expedia, and he still couldn’t find it. The man in front of me had the same issue. He eventually realized that there was a key with my name on it and it was overlooked. Instead of apologizing, he said “well, you guys sent it over weird” ??? I booked on Expedia, I did nothing wrong but apparently it was my fault. They also charged the room security fee before I even checked in, which struck me as odd.
