Beautiful views. Close to Navy Pier, Millennium Park, Michigan Ave and right in front of the famous river. Hyatt staff was great. Spend the extra $$ and use valet parking. 😉

Destination fees charged at the time of checkin which was surprising extra cost. Dining credit will be deducted after the checkout, why not at the same time when you use credit which is provided by hotel, This creat unnecessary credit and debit statement in transaction which you can not track in statement

Only thing I did not like is I couldn’t upgrade my room because I made my reservation with Expedia because the reservation was non refundable, the room was very nice and it worked out but they missed an opportunity to make a little more money
