Beautiful hotel! From the lobby to the room I was very impressed by the quality of the hotel! The staff were so kind and helpful. And the cost for the room was not insane, it was more than reasonable for being in downtown Chicago! Loved every minute!

Staff was very courteous and nice. Check in was very easy. Room was nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent! Only issue was we rented for the in door pool but the water was to cold to swim and enjoy like we wanted.

The property and staff were excellent. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The only complaint is that there is a fire station right next door and the sirens can be heard during the early hours of the morning, but obviously this is not under the hotel's control.
