Location is good. Quit, clean staff is nice. But parking lot driving is crazy. Narrow, harsh curve and sharp angle. Be careful.

It’s really disappointing to review this property as poor. It could have easily been an amazing stay. Staff - polite, but nothing outstanding. Never asked how my stay was or touch base with us. Always a line at the reception desk and minimal team on. They seems quite stressed. Room - Good size and clean, but could really do with some updating. Bed linen was a reject and a king mattress protector on a queen bed so kept coming off as too big. Only 3 towels for 4 people. Housekeeping - “on request” due to covid. Come on guys it’s May 2023. Felt more like a budget saving exercise. Kept having to ask for more towels and trash to be removed. - on our last morning woken up by Housekeeping at 08:15 asking when we are leaving. We had a long flight ahead so had planned to sleep in. This ruined that opportunity. Noise - usual city noise, not a problem, but there was some sort of construction on the lower floors on 2 of the days. Started at 8am to 6pm. Really loud and got past my ear plugs, which where successfully blocking out the city noise. So overall as above myself or anyone in my party didn’t really get a good nights sleep!!

It was a really nice hotel, the people at the front desk were also very helpful ! There were no issues, our stay was peaceful. The experience went well, all needs were met.
