The parking is off site, the breakfast was cold and area was dirty. You can hear the staff cursing in the kitchen and there were 2 roaches spotted in my room.

First.time trying Home2 Suites and what a smart way to use a small room and convert into a studio apartment, elegant decor and easily fit 4 of us. Breakfast was a plus, we loved how easy it was to walk to tons of restaurants and all touristy areas. It's downtown so parking is tough. Only issue was water pressure in shower was extremely low but overall a comfortable stay, super comfy beds and smooth check in/out. will definitely stay here in our next visit to windy city.

We love staying at Home2Suites properties whenever we travel and this location did not disappoint. Big thank you to the manager, Mark for his hospitality and support. We had requested a room with a tub as we have a toddler and showers are tough for bathtime. The room we booked was unavailable due to an inoperative AC when we first arrived. Mark called us the next day and confirmed that another room with a tub was available. I really appreciated the follow up. The new room not only had the tub we needed but was so spacious with a much better view. I was really impressed by the staffs willingness to go above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again.
