"It was a perfect no-frills stay in a fantastic location in downtown Chicago. The room was big. There aren’t typical amenities like an ice bucket or even plastic cups for the bathroom, but they did provide two regular bottles of water, so I guess that sufficed. I was able to get a cutlery set from the restaurant when I needed it for my room, so that was good. "Its a great location to either walk or catch a ride to your favorite activities. I have stayed there many times for that reason. I am usually traveling with a group of 4 so i wish tne rooms were bigger with sofa-bed option. But convenience usually wins out when i decide which hotel to pick in downtown Chicago."

"The property is nice. Room is a bit dated. The plugs are loose. Free WiFi is a plus. The hot water in the shower could be hotter. I think it’s a bit pricey but I was staying for a convention and I know I was paying for convenience of staying on site. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. It is my first choice for lodging when I make my trips to the area. The location is ideal with plenty of food and entertainment options within walking distance and it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the Railroad Station. I’ll certainly look to get a room at this location when I return over the holiday season. "
