"My husband and I loved staying at this property. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and caring. I particularly loved how they handed us a couple of water bottles upon our arrival and departure. I am planning on going there again the next time I visit the city of Chicago."

"The Valet was very helpful, but the check-in clerk not as helpful. Although the checkout clerk was very polite. The room was in need of repairs or upgrades, eg. Towel hook not secured, wallpaper peeling, wall mirror deterioration along the bottom, and the Makeup mirror was unusable it was very dim, even at full strength."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However I didn’t realize the room fridge was preloaded with purchasable items. I would have really liked a fridge for the price of the room. Also the GPS always wanted to bring me to the underground for some reason. I got lost a couple of times and started using the address for the pharmacy across the street. "

"I would highly recommend staying at this hotel! The property was clean, in a great location and had wonderful service. The breakfast included far exceeded other breakfasts offered at other hotels. The parking was also easily accessible. We received a free upgrade to a room that better suited our needs and this was something we didn’t even ask for. I will definitely be staying at this location again the next time I am in Chicago."
