Nice, clean hotel, with lovely rooms. Breakfast was good too as was 24/7 coffee. Only downside worth highlighting is that having two elevators for 19 floors of rooms is not enough, and got very, very busy at times. Would not stop me staying here again, though. Thank you. Also, don’t valet park. Use a 3rd party parking app and you’ll get parking for 1/3 of the price at water tower place, at the cost of a very short walk.
