"This is hotel is a “ need something quick “ hotel. It’s not the newest, but it’s not the worst. It could be cleaner and a little bit better kept."

"At midnight there was a ceiling leak in the bathroom. Although the staff member that helped us was very thoughtful and helpful, there was neither an apology or compensation from the hotel itself which one would expect after everything we had on the bathroom counter was soaked and having to pack up everything at one in the morning to switch rooms."

"The room was small but great value price wise. It’s a nice spot for a couple just visiting for a day or two. The bathroom was really tight but we managed. Only complaint I had was the fact that the heat is controlled for the entire building. It was freezing in the room because they said it was out of season to have the heat on in May (ppl are still wearing coats in Chicago in May lol) but they were nice enough to provide a space heater which made it comfortable! Would stay again."

"The room was a little small, but fit my needs on a 3 day business trip. The bar downstairs served a limited breakfast... And had free fruit, and Coffee in the morning. The staff was extremely friendly, and very attentive to guests. In summary I would stay here again on business."

"Breakfast options in the hotel was very minamal, Aisian influenced. 7-11 within walking distance to get cup of coffee. Other food options within walking distance. Easy to catch bus. Parking is very expensive, but I feel necessary as parking is very hard to find and also expensive in this area. Staff was great, we had 15 people in our group and 5 room and they helped keep us together. "
