The property was beautiful due to the open atrium. The free breakfast offered so many selections. The staff kept the dining area clean and the food replenished. We used the pool and exercise room. Both were clean and open from early to late.

all the phones in building did not work and nobody would answer if you called by personal phone. talked to someone to bring up toilet paper and nobody came. had to go get it ourselves. Restaurant was closed first night, so no room service and we had 3 kids to feed. pool was cold. kids did not want to swim. The only reason for staying.

Staff was great! Breakfast great! Parking expensive and elevators took forever to respond. Pool water was cold but very clean nice they have towels in pool room too! Room was outdated and needed to be cleaned better in bathroom. Beds and rest of room was good. City view room windows were filthy hard to see the view that was very disappointing.

Our room did not have and face towels. I asked the housekeeper for 2 towels and she rudely told me no to go get them from guest services. It was extremely busy and this hotel has 4 elevators only 2 worked so it made it extremely hard to get on the elevator to get to and from your room. I left my very expensive speaker I called when I arrived home. I was told to call back the next morning to speak with a manager. When I spoke with the manager I was told I had to talk to house keeping to see if they found it. No one has contacted me back yet! I won’t stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone i know…

I think the property was under renovation while we were staying. 2 of the sinks didn't work when we were there and there was a large rip in the sofa bed arm. With that being said, the beds were super comfy, the room was clean and anytime we ran out of coffee they always had more at the front desk and were super accommodating.

Breakfast, gym, happy hour and nice lobby were great. However, only two of four elevators worked all week so wait times were atrocious. I had to use the stairs all weekend and was on the sixth floor. Had to get TV and microwave replaced in our room during stay. Room appeared to have not be dusted in weeks. Overall, fairly disappointed in this Hilton property.
