I had much higher expectations for this hotel, especially since it was rated 4.5 stars! We booked a deluxe king room for the night to celebrate my 40th Birthday. We chose this location because of its location and higher rating. We wanted to be able to walk to other bars/restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was in need of some updating. And the bed was definitely not a king, more queen size. Dresser was scratched. Wall scuffs. Just, poorly maintained conditions. Served it’s purpose but would probably not go back. The hotel bar was super nice however but pricey.

So the hotel is very nice, half the staff was friendly, half was problematic. I got a trim up grade which was great, very large suite! The lamps were broken, the iron did not work, the phone did not work, and there was no desk lamp in a very dim room. The hotel has a great reputation which I thought it did not live up to!
