We loved our stay at The Godfrey Hotel! It was close enough to everything we wanted to do, and a quick walk to the brown line, which we took down to the loop most days. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and our room was exactly as the photos on the booking. Everything was included in the room that was expected. We especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant/bar and had dinner uo there our first night in town. The views of the skyline were beautiful and the food and drinks were delicious. I got the flatbread, and wasnt expecting it to be as amazing as it was! Definitely recommend staying here or at the very least, visiting rhe rooftop on 4!

This is not a 4 star hotel. Staff will barely acknowledge you at check in or check out and the rooms are gross. I was only here for a very quick night, but would not (and will not) stay again. It was a bad value and I wish I’d have stayed somewhere better for more money.

Hotel is nice and bed was comfortable. However at 4 in the morning there was loud partying going on for about an hour near us. Rooms had little sound proofing. We also wish there was coffee shop in hotel or near by.

I love the property it was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and we loved the roof top lounge it was top tier!!! The only thing I would say that missing was a swimming pool ….otherwise the location and the environment was perfect

I loved the decor of this hotel and the fact that it not only had a rooftop bar onsite but it was also within a reasonable walking distance of multiple other restaurants and shops.

Staff were not pleasant. No turndown service unless requested and when requested it was a mediocre job. Rooms very loud, beyond street noise, doors were not sound proof. Beyond that, the location is great, very safe. Price for parking is comparable and easy. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent.
