The property was very nice and well decorated. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The staffing at the front desk were very professional and friendly actually everyone that I encountered with was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again.

Spa is not easily accessible, perhaps Expedia staff and property need to change the listing that says spa is open daily… The spa has very limited hours and do not accept walk-ins, so book in advance unless you want the front desk supervisor to rudely tell you this. Not many amenities included with the room.. no free water, but they do have coffee. There apparently is free breakfast but I wasn’t offered it upon booking… Pros: Great view, comfortable bed, great shower, short walking distance to many bars/restaurants/OTHER spas Cons: Thin walls, lots of blocked off areas, rude staff members (lobby area), limited spa hours Honestly, the most pleasant part of my stay was my time spent in the restaurant located on site; The River North Bistro.

Check-in desk was understaffed and took a loooooong time as there was only one employee handling several guests. But once it was my turn, the service was fast and hospitable. Everything else about my stay was great.

This hotel is fantastic. I had an amazing time for decent price. Only reason why I’m giving it 4/5 is because they never mention about not accepting debits cards - that is you choose to pay in person. There’s also no soda machine and they don’t offer complimentary guest services like bottled water, clean packets, etc. You have to walk to a store and get those on your own. Other than that, everything was greeeat!
