I am absolutely amazed at how bad our experience was at this hotel. We wanted to book a fancy hotel for our sons 10th birthday, and frankly, we would have been better off booking a Holiday Inn. This was a complete waste of almost $700 for 2 nights of mediocrit. We booked a "superior suite" and it has less amenities Than a motel 6. The microwave is basically on the floor, the cabinet it is in is so low to the ground, and same with the fridge. The fridge is so small it can't even fit our leftovers from breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, I am astonished that with these prices breakfast isn't included with your stay. The biggest issue we had was finding a peanut in our bed, under the blankets. Thank god none of my family has a peanut allergy or this could have been a huge lawsuit. I told the front desk about this and as i imagined, nothing was done about it. We also had dirty towels in our bathroom, visually dirty and stained. Our bathroom door also sticks so bad you have to shove against it to open it. The website boasts soundproofing rooms, but that is far from true. We heard doors banging closed all night, and could hear the room next to us clearly! We wanted to watch TV to relax, and to our surprise, half the channels don't even work! If I'm being honest, I'm ashamed at how terrible our stay was, and I will make every effort to make it known so others don't make the same mistake we did, and waste our hard earned money on this horrid experience.
